The oven builder
Your oven selections are stored in your browser so they can carry across to the review page. They are sent to IglOven only when you submit the secure checkout or choose to share the build by WhatsApp or email.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, IglOven receives your name, email address, optional phone number, selected subject and message. A private server stores the enquiry so it is not lost, and Brevo sends the acknowledgement and owner notification. The information is used to answer your enquiry and is not added to a marketing list by this form.
PayFast checkout and receipts
If you choose PayFast, your name, email address, cell number, delivery address when relevant and order details are sent to IglOven’s payment server to prepare the transaction. You are then redirected to PayFast to complete payment. Payment-card and banking details are entered on PayFast and are not collected by IglOven’s website. After PayFast confirms a successful transaction to the server, Brevo sends the customer receipt and IglOven order notification.
Keeping and sharing information
IglOven keeps contact and order information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, fulfil the order, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Information is shared only with service providers needed for communication, payment and fulfilment, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If measurement or marketing services are added later, this notice and the site’s consent controls must be updated before launch.
Your questions and choices
For privacy questions, correction or deletion requests relating to information you have sent to IglOven, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be kept where required by law.
