Custom orders
IglOvens are handcrafted and many orders are made to a customer’s selected size, colour and finish. Custom ovens are not refundable once production has started, subject to applicable consumer law.
Payment
No oven will leave IglOven’s premises until full and final payment has been received and cleared.
Lead time
The supplied estimate is 14 working days. This is an estimate and may be affected by weather, material availability, order volume and the final specification. Your current lead time will be confirmed when the order is accepted.
Delivery and collection
Delivery pricing shown by the online builder is an estimate until the destination and access requirements are confirmed. Customers using their own courier are responsible for making suitable transport arrangements. The supplied client terms state that IglOven is not liable for loss or damage caused by a third-party courier or transporter; this clause requires client/legal confirmation before publication.
Online estimates
Builder totals are indicative and do not constitute a final quotation. IglOven will confirm availability, final pricing, delivery, lead time and any special requirements before accepting payment.
